PREMIERE: Toronto Recording and Dance Artist D!XON Unleashes New Video for Song 'Arms Around Me'

With longtime creative director Hollywood Jade at his side, Toronto's D!XON has entered the next phase of his music career with the infectious pop banger 'Arms Around Me'. Now the release becomes fully visualized as D!XON has released the music video companion to the already beloved song.

​Q Review had a chance to sit down with D!XON to talk about the video process, the choreography, working with Hollywood Jade, dance in music video and so much more. This conversation takes to behind the actual video creation to reveal the time, energy, work and fun that goes into creating the visual.

Arms Around Me spreads the message of unapologetic confession and expression of love for those around you, no matter who you love, and before it’s too late.

With the help of celebrity director, Dan Lemoyne, Drag Race Canada resident choreographer, Hollywood Jade, and Tynomi Banks stylist Marc Andrew Smith, this gender non-conforming recording artist seeks to break the mold with their 'Arms Around Me' visual that was made by the 2SLGBTQ+ community for the community.

Along with the music video, D!XON captured all the behind the scenes moments in rehearsals, his artistic process and workshopping the music video choreography in a 3 part mini docuseries called "The Demo".
