LONDON PRIDE: THE VOICE FINALIST AND WOMEN'S STAGE HEADLINE PERFORMER LLOREN BOASTS NEW LOOK
The Voice UK 2018 Finalist Lloren revealed her new look and sound at Pride over the weekend. With her powerful vocals and electric stage presence, the artist showed "the edge behind Lloren" as she strutted leather and dark makeup whilst performing her new track 'The Start'. She also spoke out on the importance of acceptance and inclusivity of all genders, ethnicities and nationalities at Pride events.
The artist vocalised about her perfomance: “The diversity in artists rarely happens within one line-up, so to be a part of that is incredible. I have a lot of new material and new announcements to come. I’m very excited to show everyone the fire behind Lloren.”
Ian Massa-Harris-McFeely, Deputy Director of Events - Pride in London, comments: “Pride in London is very excited to be able to welcome Lloren onto our Women’s Stage. Lloren joins a stellar lineup and will celebrate women everywhere with her larger than life vocals and stunning stage presence.”
The sponsor of this year’s Pride in London Women’s Stage, Felicity Milton, Managing Director of DIVA Media Group, comments, “As we celebrate DIVA turning 25, DIVA Media Group is delighted to partner with Pride in London in hosting the Women’s Stage for the third year. With Lyra McKee fresh in our minds and increasing homophobic and transphobic violence, visibility for LGBTQ+ women is needed more than ever and we are so proud to stand with Pride at this amazing event.”
