After spending 2019 building on and establishing a strong online presence with the release of his first mixtape "Digital Dreamland" which caught the attention of Spotify editors and online blogs as new and promising pop. Marcus Connolly is back on the emotionally charged single "Drippin" produced by UK pop producer Mattu accompanied by his debut music video shot by Ben Wescott.

Now the young pop artist hopes to venture into mainstream pop with a new and unique sound. The first single “Drippin” produced by Manchester based Producer Mattu is a prime example of this.
With a catchy hook and relatable yet extremely personal lyrics “Drippin” has all the traits of a pop smash. However Marcus ensures to stick to his experimental/alt pop roots with the glitchy glittery guitar bridge.
The track follows the narrative of being post break up and having the hard exterior but secretly not being over your ex. With the trap pop production and dreamy guitars the song is bound to get you thinking about someone you miss.
'Drippin' is out now on all streaming platforms.
